Synergy/DE 10.3 is supported on the following flavors and minimum versions of Linux. We strongly recommend that you install these versions, rather than trying to patch an older version with updated libraries, as Linux patch versions are not always updated and may not reflect which library versions are being installed.

CentOS 6.5

Debian 7

Fedora 13

Red Hat RHEL 6

SUSE 11.3

Ubuntu 11.10

Ubuntu note: More recent 64-bit versions of Ubuntu (at least version 13 and higher) cannot run 32-bit applications unless you install the i386 architecture and additional library packages. For a discussion, see http://askubuntu.com/questions/454253/how-to-run-32-bit-app-in-ubuntu-64-bit and KB 2331.
