Occasionally, while using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + X in Visual Studio, the application will hang with the message “Formatting Document for Copying.” This has been reported on varying instances of Visual Studio and Synergy, but appears to be more reproduceable in SynergyDE v11.1.1g.
The problem is caused by a the Power Tools extension to Visual Studio. To correct the problem, you can either disable the extension entirely, or you can change the value of the extension\'s “UnindentToRemoveExtraLeadingWhitespace” setting to “false” to avoid the problem without disabling the entire extension.
