Building CodeGen on OpenVMS
Has anyone managed to build and run CodeGen under OpenVMS, and if so, would you be willing to share your DCL command files?

Hi Paul,
Since V5.0 CodeGen is a .NET product that currently only runs on Windows. Soon it will be possible to run it on Linux also, but OpenVMS is not possible as there is no .NET support there.
The best approach is to generate on Windows then take the code to VMS, but if you REALLY need to generate code on VMS, and if your requirements are simple, you can go back to a version 4 build. This is the last release that could be used directly on VMS:
Release CodeGen 4.4.4.1 ยท Synergex/CodeGen (github.com)
