Offer an Open Documentation (or hook GoToDefinition) to more quickly view web documentation for builtin language statements


When writing Synergy code, it would be nice to have a shortcut to view online documentation for builtin language statements. Elements that are not builtin to the language offer a GoToDefinition to understand the declaration and where the item came from, but builtin language statements cannot GoToDef anywhere. It seems like a great opportunity to integrate with the shiny new online docs.

While this isn't bad; what would be 100x more useful to us would be implementing this feature "Hover Intellisense on Constructors in Visual Studio Should Mimic C#" https://synergexresourcecenter.force.com/SiteIdea?id=08732000000Tf1yAAC especially because then it would work with internally documented methods/functions which are the vast majority of our code base.
