Synergy/DE Platforms
Synergy/DE runs on Windows, Linux/Unix, and OpenVMS, and you can easily port your code from one platform to the next.
Click your platform below to view the specific operating system versions supported with each Synergy/DE version and to view the specific OS versions that each Synergy/DE version was tested on. See the Release Strategy page for Synergex policies on supported Synergy/DE versions and platforms. The number next to each platform is its Synergy/DE system code.
Most operating system vendors support upward compatibility, so Synergy/DE should work on any version higher than the version on which it was built. If you encounter any issues using a higher version of the operating system, we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
Supported Platforms
Synergy/DE is currently supported on the following platforms. Synergy/DE 12.4.1.1005 and higher (including all 12.5 versions) are not available for 32-bit Linux; Synergy/DE 12.3 remains supported on 32-bit Linux until 12.3 reaches end of support.
